Elite Makakilo Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services including, but not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, insulation removal, and related services in the Makakilo, Hawaii area and surrounding communities.
All services are subject to availability and the specific conditions of each project. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.
Estimates provided by Elite Makakilo Insulation are based on information available at the time of the site visit and are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
Final pricing may vary from the estimate if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the work - such as hidden damage, structural issues, or changes in project scope requested by the customer. Any such changes will be communicated to you and require your written or verbal approval before proceeding.
All estimates are free of charge and carry no obligation. We do not charge for initial site visits or estimate preparation.
Once a project is scheduled, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We understand that situations arise, and we will work with you to find a new time.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions that would affect job quality or safety, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as early as possible in such cases.
If a project is canceled after materials have been ordered or delivered, you may be responsible for restocking fees or material costs incurred on your behalf. This will be communicated to you in advance.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing prior to the start of the project. We accept payment by cash, check, or other methods communicated at the time of your estimate.
For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. The deposit amount and terms will be specified in your written estimate or contract.
Accounts not paid within 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to late fees. Repeated non-payment may result in referral to a collections agency or legal action.
Elite Makakilo Insulation stands behind the quality of our work. If you believe a completed job has a defect related to our workmanship, please contact us within a reasonable time after the work is completed. We will assess the concern and, if it is determined to be a workmanship issue, address it at no additional cost to you.
Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the terms of the individual product manufacturers. We will assist you in understanding and registering applicable product warranties where available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Makakilo Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions discovered during work, customer-caused damage, or delays resulting from factors outside our reasonable control including weather, supply chain disruptions, or third-party contractor dependencies.
